Boat Rental Reservation Policies

  1. Children are permitted on boats. However, you must be 18 years of age, or older to rent a boat.
  2. A Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card number is required to schedule a reservation. Although, No deposit or hold will be charged.
  3. Same day boat rental reservations for West Lake Toho in Kissimmee may be requested, though, availability is not guaranteed.
  4. Reservations for the Butler Chain of Lakes in Windermere, Florida must be requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to launch time.
  5. Other required information: First & Last Name, approximate number of people in your party, cell phone #, length or rental requested, date of rental, launch time, & type of boat.
  6. Grilling (barbeque) is not permitted on rental boats.
  7. Small pets are allowed. However, you will be held responsible for any damage done to the rental boat, or if excessive cleaning is needed.

Boat Rental Cancellation Policies

  1. No deposit is required, however...
  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental launch time/date may result in a $100.00 fee charged to the customer's credit card on file.
  3. No Shows: Customers may be charged the full amount of the scheduled rental fee for not showing up without first cancelling the scheduled rental.
  4. Inclement Weather: No fee will be assessed for cancellations due to bad weather conditions.
